Nigerian duo of Lindsay Lindley and Tobi Amusan have crashed out of the women’s 100 metres hurdles at the 2017 IAAF World Championships in London.
Running in lane 1, Lindley clocked 13.18 seconds to place 7th in the race won by Sally Pearson of Australia who posted 12.53 seconds.
Amusan ran a time of 13.04 seconds to finish fourth in her heat but fell short of the qualification standard.
Christiana Manning of the United States and Belarus’ Alina Talay advanced to the finals with a time of 12.71 seconds and 12.85 seconds.
